Earlier this week we expanded our data collection efforts in Pennsylvania and here is one interesting response from Hellam Township's (Township Manager: Corina Mann) as we attempted to requested their salary information: "Please know that I have turned your company information over to the local authorities".

Government units under Pennsylvania’s New Right to Know Law are required to comply with open record requests as outline in their own state law: https://www.dced.state.pa.us/public/oor/pa_righttoknowlaw.pdf

This clearly shows a lack of training in some government units in Pennsylvania.
