We are urging the president to wage a nonpartisan war on waste. One of the many ways to cut back on waste is ending the "use-it-or-lose-it" spending spree that occurs every year.

In the final month of fiscal year 2018, federal agencies spent $97 BILLION to empty their funding. They do this so because they fear Congress will appropriate less if they do not use their entire budget. This is an abuse of taxpayer dollars and must be stopped.
